Customer has to give the correct details of Recipient Name (as stated in the photo identification) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. At the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product, if requested by the courier agent. Customers are expected to cooperate with them to ensure safe delivery:
If the package is found to be tampered with, the customers must
reject it and report it to us through support@sirigold.biz
When the recipient is not available at the address during the
first delivery attempt, our courier agent will make 2 more
attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is not
reachable / available after these attempts, the product will be
returned to us.
Customer shall bear the courier charges.
If a member failed to receive his order, our delivery partner will make one more attempt. Even then the member failed to receive the order gold coin/coins will be returned to company address.

When delivery person arrives at your address show a valid ID proof and take delivery.
